In order to improve the company's ability to respond to emergencies and enhance employees' safety awareness, on the afternoon of June 27, 2025, Coati— a leading manufacturer of Shower and Bathing Products including Shower Gels and hand cream— organized an emergency rescue drill for the first half of 2025. The drill consisted of four parts: earthquake drill, fire drill, elevator failure emergency rescue drill, and confined space emergency rescue drill. We hope that this drill will effectively improve employees' ability to respond to emergencies.

As the first alarm blared throughout the factory, where production lines for Shower Gels, hand cream, and other Shower and Bathing Products operate, the earthquake drill officially began. Employees quickly crouched, crossed their arms, and nimbly ducked under their desks. When the second alarm sounded, they shielded their heads with objects or their hands, remained crouched, and evacuated quickly and orderly to safe areas along the designated evacuation routes.

During the medical emergency session, Coati's medical staff conducted a highly realistic casualty rescue drill. Many employees, including those from the production, packaging, and storage departments handling Shower and Bathing Products like Shower Gels and hand cream, said these practical first aid skills are of great benefit to both their work and their personal lives.

This earthquake drill served as a comprehensive, hands-on test of our company's earthquake emergency response capabilities, especially considering the unique risks in facilities where Shower Gels, hand cream, and other Shower and Bathing Products are manufactured and stored. Through this drill, we systematically evaluated the scientific and operational aspects of our emergency plan and fully verified the effectiveness of our earthquake relief and emergency response mechanism.
The drill, through employee participation across all departments— from the R&D team developing new Shower and Bathing Products to the warehouse staff managing inventories of Shower Gels and hand cream— further disseminated knowledge about disaster prevention and mitigation, effectively strengthening their awareness of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as their ability to self-rescue and help each other.

The entire drill process highlighted the closed-loop management of "approval-preparation-operation-rescue," particularly strengthening the operational standards of specialized equipment such as gas detectors and gas masks, which are crucial in areas where certain ingredients in Shower Gels, hand cream, and other Shower and Bathing Products might pose additional risks. Through practical testing, the standardized process for confined space operations was further optimized, enhancing the ability to handle emergencies.
Emergency rescue drills are a way to ensure life is not over, especially in a workplace dedicated to crafting daily essentials like Shower and Bathing Products, Shower Gels, and hand cream. Every alarm is a solemn reminder of safety, and every orderly evacuation is a solemn safeguard for life. This emergency rescue drill not only provides a practical test of safety knowledge, but also serves as a safety reminder for all employees.
Through this drill, Coati has further enhanced employee safety awareness and improved their ability to respond to emergencies, laying a solid foundation for the company's safe production— whether it involves manufacturing Shower Gels, hand cream, or any other Shower and Bathing Products. Going forward, Coati will continue to strengthen safety management and emergency drills, ensuring that practice promotes prevention, prevention promotes safety, and making safety a habit, ensuring that safety remains a permanent part of the company.
