On November 20, 2025, the unveiling ceremony of the Xiamen University Faculty Development Center – Faculty Social Practice Base was successfully held at the Little Raccoon Baby & Children Industrial Park, marking a new milestone in the cooperation between academia and industry.
Professor Ji Guojun, Director of the Xiamen University Faculty Development Center, together with Associate Director Xue Chenglong and their delegation, attended the event. They were warmly received by Ms. Lu Bilian, Executive Director of Fujian Mengjiaolan Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lin Quanfu, Executive General Manager, along with the company’s management team and staff.
During the ceremony, both parties signed the Framework Cooperation Agreement for the Faculty Social Practice Base and jointly unveiled the commemorative plaque. This cooperation signifies the establishment of a long-term, standardized collaboration mechanism, aiming to promote mutual development through the integration of teacher training, industry practice, and enterprise innovation.
Following the ceremony, the delegation toured the Little Raccoon Baby & Children Industrial Park and production facilities, gaining a close-up view of the intelligent manufacturing process of baby and children care products. In-depth exchanges were conducted on teaching practice, industrial needs, and future cooperation.
Looking ahead, both sides will use the practice base as a platform to further strengthen collaboration in faculty development, research projects, and talent cultivation, driving coordinated development between education and industry.
