"Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/1175

on the update of the Glossary of Common Ingredient Names for cosmetic products"
The Glossary of Common Ingredient Names annexed to Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/677 is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision, with the following amendments:
Addition of 349 new ingredient names, aligned with the latest INCI nomenclature;
Removal of 87 fragrance allergens, as they are no longer used in labeling or superseded by INCI names;
Mandatory use of Colour Index (CI) numbers for non-hair dye colorants.
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 July 2025. The
compliance with the updated Glossary shall be mandatory for all cosmetic
products placed on the EU market from 30 July 2026.

Removed ingredients marked as "obsolete"
