The China Flavor & Fragrance Cosmetics Excellence Expo (CAME) was successfully held at the Yangtze River International Conference Center in Nanjing. During the event, the Nanjing Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Plants signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fujian Mengjialan Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., Nice Group Co., Ltd., and Pien Tze Huang (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., among other leading companies in the daily chemical industry. Together, they will establish the “Cosmetics Plant Ingredient Research and Development and Manufacturing Platform.”
MJL and the Nanjing Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Plants will jointly focus on the research and application of unique plant ingredients in infant and child products, aiming to deliver safer, more innovative, and sustainable skincare solutions for families.
As a brand dedicated to protecting the skin health of Chinese babies, MJL believes that natural plant-based ingredients represent the future of infant and child skincare. Through this collaboration, both parties will advance the safe and effective use of plant ingredients in children’s skincare through three key areas:
Strengthening scientific research to enhance product technology and efficacy;
Conducting systematic ingredient studies to develop formulations tailored to the skin needs of Chinese infants and children;
Building a joint R&D platform to help raise industry standards for natural ingredient applications.
This partnership marks not only the integration of expertise and resources but also MJL’s continued commitment to scientific innovation and consumer trust. Moving forward, MJL and the Nanjing Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Plants will deepen their cooperation, exploring new possibilities in plant-based skincare science and transforming the rich diversity of Chinese botanical resources into high-quality infant and child care products.
